Education: Georgia Institute of Technology, (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, 1987), Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1991). Member, Mercer Law Review. Member: Columbus and American Bar Associations, State Bar of Georgia. Executive Councel, Younger Lawyers Division of State Bar of Georgia; Barrister, American Inns of Court; Georgia Defense Lawyers Association; Defense Research Institute and Propane Gas Defense Association. Practice consists of general civil litigation in the areas of product liability, insurance defense, landlord/tenant, and personal injury. Mr. Clark has extensive experience in the area of product liability. He serves as Product Liability Counsel for W.C. Bradley Co. & Char Broil, LLC. a leading manufacturer of propane gas fueled products. He has successfully defended propane products in various states. He represents manufacturers in product recalls and other matters before the Consumer Product Safety Commission. In addition to his duties as product liability counsel, Mr. Clark represents the City of Columbus, Georgia and the Housing Authority of Columbus Georgia in litigated matters.
